In week 5 we help change your mindset about competition and heal emotional problems blocking you getting started. You will learn how to tailor your session to: Focus and clear your mind; Balance and heal your emotions; Bring deeper relaxation; Gently boost low energy levels; Be energetic and creative and match your mood easily.

Week 5: Yoga videos
Remember to carry out a warm up before the session, choosing a video from the previous weeks, or better still creating your own. This is the energetic yoga session so please only carry out when you are feeling full of energy, and don't do if you are light headed or feeling faint at all.
