Jarek's Journey to Subconscious and Shadow Self
The aim of your sessions is to give and teach you how to use these shamanic tools or "Journey work" for your own development into the future, also for your specific transformation now to find out what in your subconscious programming is holding you back in social situations, and to make peace with the parts of yourself we call the shadow self which are causing anxiety now.
Session 1 Starting Journey Work
Aim: Learning the Journey Process, improving the connection to yourself to remove de-personalisation and allow more free and relaxed relationships

- Do your first journey and practise the process
- Getting a guide for future journeys
- Doing your second journey and learning about your conscious self
- Going deeper into the shadow self to really make use of the journey tool you've started to the full capacity
Training Information
Session 1: Learning how to do the Journey process
In this session I'll be teaching how to carry out a Journey. The first Journey will be an introduction and will get you used to what to do rather than go straight to the deeper aspects you are looking for answers to. However it will have a profound effect because it will give you another spirit guide, sometimes referred to as a power animal because in native american shamanism the guide often appears in animal form because the basis of this tool uses animal archetypes and symbols to connect with our mind and spirit. The subconscious mind is very literal and often using metaphors helps connect easily, and learning this will let you break down the depersonalisation you've suffered and allow you feel more, be more passionate about what you love, be sure of your feelings about people and situations and be guided more empathically making relationships easier and more caring and feel more free and fluid.
Next we will deepen your experience of Journey work by journeying to your conscious self and practise connecting by asking the correctly phrased questions to get detailed and specific guidance back. I will also ask you to start going deeper by meeting your shadow self. We will return to this in the second session but I would like you to feel challenged and make the most impact possible in each session. We will leave room for change depending on how you experience the first journey.
Session 2 Getting The Answers From Your Subconscious
Aims: Communicate with your subconscious to overcome fears and anxiety to then live with purpose and joy.
- Session 2 Flexible Plan of Ideas:
- Complete upper world and lower world journeys for a full bredth of experience and good results
- Get clear communication with your subconscious and get answers allowing you to move forward with more joy
- Find out about your shadow self and how you can comfortable and use this to your advantage to reveal your deeply hidden inner strengths
- Move into your purpose and feel fufilled and active in directing your life's path
The sessions would be carried out through Zoom a free video conference app: https://zoom.us/
The sessions would be 1 hour in length.
You need a quiet space to be relaxed but awake and alert and there will be use of drumming tracks so I would recommend the use of headphones to prevent any reverberation or feedback occuring through the speakers and microphone.
If you feel this is a good fit for you then I will send you the payment instructions or payment plan which I can set up via PayPal (or PayPal installment plan). My rates are similar still to when you worked with me first of all so no big surprises for you in cost! I would be looking for an investment of $147 for these two sessions, or installments for example of 3 x $55, or another similar plan.

Session 1: Learning the tools for deep communication with your subconscious to make big shifts
In this session we will have more flexibility in the planned ideas and leave room for more development from what we discover from session 1. There are two aspects of the self the Shadow self and the Healed Chiron Wound which are deep inside the subconscious so accessing them is hard in "real life" however using the journeying work you will have learnt from session 1 we can start to find out, process and you can move forward with the information you uncover with my guidance and knowledge.
